We are pleased to announce that as of 1 March 2015 Jeffrey Wouters will join the Horsten team in China. Jeffrey is a Belgian national and graduated at the University of Antwerp with a Master's degree in Applied Linguistics. He also studied at Xi'an's North-West University and Xianyang's Normal University. Horsten provided strategic consulting services with regard to its China entry, and assisted in the preparation of a financial plan and the successful search for venture capital.
